The American Outdoorsman® collects information such as your name, email address, location, etc. when you correspond with us by email, phone, letter, etc. and visit The American Outdoorsman® web pages or the pages of our partners. The American Outdoorsman® may combine our information about you with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

Any information we collect from correspondence is given voluntarily.

Return Policy

For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your packing slip and call to obtain a return authorization number.

All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

If merchandise you receive is defective, call our customer service department for instructions.

- Include a copy of the original packing slip
- Note the Return Authorization number of the outside on the packaging*

The American Outdoorsman charges a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise, unless the product is faulty by the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy

The American Outdoorsman does not or will not share any personal or email information with any third parties.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping though USPS and UPS. If you want a tracking number, please select UPS.

We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs). This will include orders that have any connection to International shipments. This goes to both the shipping and billing addresses. There are no exceptions.

Terms and Condtions

Due to the nature of some items that are sold, you must verify your age for the purchase of handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition.

By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following declaration: Declaration of Buyer: "I acknowledge this dealer does not authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows, crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."

We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).
